Get In Touch

In Yoruba, โ€œAJOโ€ means journey and for us, that word reflects both our roots and our mission. Ajo Candles was born from a desire to turn simple moments into sensory experiences. Founded with love and intention in Durham, NC, we handcraft soy candles that transport, comfort, and connect.

Why We Pour

We believe that scent is more than just fragranceโ€”itโ€™s memory, emotion, and atmosphere. Every candle we pour is

Made with clean, natural soy wax

Infused with premium fragrance oils

Free from harmful chemicals or toxins

Poured by hand with precision and care

Our Craftsmanship Commitment

Each AJO candle is created in small batches to maintain consistency, quality, and authenticity. From our wax to our wicks, we source thoughtfully and pour with intention. The result? A clean-burning candle that not only smells incredible but also aligns with our values of sustainability and wellness.
