Order Processing:
We pour our hearts (and a little magic) into every candle we create! Our process involves carefully selecting high-quality Soy Wax, blending it with premium fragrance oils, and hand-pouring each candle with attention to detail.
All products are handmade, so slight natural variations may occur between batches.

Please allow 7 business days for us to lovingly hand-pour and package your order before it ships. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
This timeframe may extend to 7-9 business days during peak seasons like holidays.

Shipping Methods:
We offer a variety of shipping options to get your ÀJÒ Candles to you quickly and conveniently:
UPS Ground: This is our most affordable option with delivery within 3-7 business days (continental US).
USPS Priority Mail: This is a faster option with delivery within 2-3 business days (continental US).
Hand Delivery (local only): For local customers within 15miles, we offer hand delivery for a flat fee. See details at checkout or contact us for more information.

Expedited Shipping:
Expedited shipping may be available at checkout depending on stock availability.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and military locations.

Return Policy

Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns for refunds.

Exchanges:

Damaged Items: We will gladly exchange damaged items. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to report any damage. We may require photos of the damaged item for verification.
Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly send you the correct item. If the correct item is unavailable, we will offer you a comparable replacement or a full refund.
